MADE Architecture was responsible in designing the architecture of five new dwellings on the land to the rear and a sixth dwelling to the front that would replace the existing but derelict garage. Each home in the development was meticulously designed to avoid a sense of suburban mass, with variations of scale, height, and massing bringing immense visual interest to the scheme.
The interiors of these houses are where modern elegance meets personalised luxury and where the outdoors flow into the indoors. This thoughtfully designed residence offers a seamless blend of functionality, style, and comfort. The architectural shell was designed with a forethought of the interior ambience to provide a world of sophistication and refined aesthetics.
The open-concept planning enhanced a harmonious fusion of clean lines and sumptuous materials. The spacious layout was filled with natural light streaming in through large openings, seamlessly connecting the interior with the surrounding lush green landscape, making being indoors feel like the outdoors. High ceilings, sunken lounges and large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the swimming pool and gardens compliments the grandeur of the exteriors.
The living room features plush, designer furniture arranged to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The colour palette is a mix of neutral tones and accents, adding depth and character to the space. Wooden flooring used in most spaces add a sense of Eye-catching artwork adorns the walls, showcasing the the owner’s personal taste and passion for contemporary art.
The adjoining dining area is an elegant space for entertaining guests or enjoying intimate family meals. A sleek, minimalist dining table takes centre stage, surrounded by sculptural chairs that provide both comfort and style. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances seamlessly integrated into custom-made cabinetry. The expansive countertop space allows for effortless meal preparation and a spacious island provides additional seating and doubles as a social hub, where guests can gather while the host showcases their culinary skills.

The beds are adorned with luxurious linens and plush pillows, promising a blissful night’s sleep. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape, while blackout curtains ensure privacy when desired. Each room boasts its own unique charm and style, reflecting personality and preferences of its occupant. Modern amenities, ample storage space, and en-suite bathrooms complete the experience, ensuring everyone feels pampered.
